We believe that you are already well. What we do is help you find your way back to yourself and your best life. Whatever the cause of your addiction, you cannot change the past, but you can choose to act now and look to the future by taking the reins of your life back!
The outpatient programme is designed for those clients who do not require the intensity of clinical care or are unable to meet its demands. This means that you are not admitted to a treatment facility and are not required to sleep there.
Our outpatient programme is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, a psychiatrist, an addiction doctor, social workers, psychosocial therapists, nurses and peer support. The entire team has lived experience of addiction and are trained in recovery coaching and systemic wellness.
Above all, they are compassionate human beings who do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Our Recovery Wellness programme is based on group and individual sessions, family support and case management which help each client achieve their personal treatment goals.
The Mauni aftercare programme is based on the principles and approach of the Recovery Wellness programme. Individual therapy sessions will consistently follow up from the previously completed treatment and ensure continuum of care. The holistic approach spans various life domains and the 12-week programme promotes personal development and active engagement in the recovery process. Mauni is dedicated to supporting clients in navigating challenges and fostering uccessful reintegration into society.
You and your family members or partner are welcome to stay and engage on our Mauni platform for as long as you need it. There you can find peer support, psycho-education material and themed groups to stimulate your creativity, ambition and personal growth.
Anyone who has completed any outpatient or inpatient programme is welcome to attend Mauni aftercare, while their family members or partners are welcome to join our regular online family support groups.
For contact information and scheduling appointments, we are available on working days from 9am-5pm.
